konusunda Yüceltilmiş Gücün Adalete Etkisi ne olabilir?
Bir toplumda benmerkezciliğin yüceltilmesi,
insanın yalnızca kendini önemsemesinin doğru olduğuna inanıp,
“bencil birey”
haline gelmesine sebep olur..
Bugün Batı toplumunda güç,
yüceltilen bir kavramdır..
Gücün ve güçlü olmanın yüceltilmesi,
zayıf olanın ezilmesine neden olur..
Günümüzde Narsisist baskı kuran erkeklerle evli
kadınlarda bu ezikliği tespit ediyoruz..
Özellikle kapitalist sistemden sonra güç oldukça
yüceltildi;
hastalar ve yaşlılar başta olmak üzere zayıf
insanlar mağdur oldu..
Gücün bu şekilde yüceltilmesi adalete ve
dolayısıyla da hukuka zarar verir..
Bugün Batı toplumlarının aksine Doğu toplumları
adaleti daha fazla yüceltmektedir.

Akıl yürütme yöntemlerine göre
değerlendirdiğimizde,
Dünyadaki kötülüklerin varoluşunun haklı ve
mantıklı sebeplerinin olduğunu görebiliriz. Çünkü varoluş,
yalnızca içinde bulunduğumuz anı kapsamaz, aynı
zamanda bir sonsuzluk da vardır..
Eğer sonsuzluk olmasaydı büyük bir haksızlık söz
konusu olurdu..

kusurlu olmaları bize yarışın adaletsiz başladığını düşündürebilir..

olarak davranması ise,
yaratılıştaki eksiklik kendisi için avantaja
dönüşebilir..

onun eksikliklerle dünyaya gelmesi adaletsizlik

hedefe giderken farklı bir metot seçmesi
gerektiğini gösterecektir..

niyet ve çabalarıyla hayatın sonundaki noktaya

değeri de sebepleri algılamasına göre değişkenlik gösterir..
